Nowadays, although classic Vienna Lagers are a rarity in continental Europe, the style is still wildly popular south of the border and has recently gained popularity with American craft brewers.  Keeping the tradition alive, our Cervantez Red Lager is true to style, with a toasty malt character and dry, clean, crisp finish.
