What you will do:

PART-TIME: 15-25 hours/week
A dishwasher is someone who works in a professional kitchen and handles the washing of the dishes, utensils, glasses, and other things used by customers.
They also clean the pots, pans, and other equipment that chefs and other kitchen workers use on a daily basis. Dishwashers may also be asked to do light prep work when needed.
Dishwasher Job Duties:
Handle the regular cleaning of dishes, utensils, cookware, and other things that come through the kitchen.
Perform light cleaning around the kitchen based on posted or described steps.
Maintain a positive attitude when working with different groups of people.
Keep on track during busy hours to ensure that co-workers and customers have the equipment they need.
Assist with light prep work during busier shifts.
Wipe down any wet spots during shifts to keep the floor safe for workers.
Set up and take down the dishwasher before beginning a shift and at the end of a shift.
Remove clean dishes and move those dishes to the proper spots in the kitchen.
Check the cleanliness of each dish.
Carry heavy racks filled with dishes to and from the kitchen.

Dishwasher Job Essential Skills:
Dishwashers must be in good physical shape because they transport large racks and heavy dishes all across the kitchen.
Professional kitchens are quite loud and house a large number of people. Dishwashers and other people working in those kitchens must have strong communication skills and the ability to talk to other workers.
Stamina is a must-have in the dishwasher job description because they often work shifts of six to eight hours or longer, and spend those shifts on their feet without many breaks.
We are looking for a professional deli associate to prepare customer orders and package foods. The deli associate will provide prompt customer service. They welcome the customers when they arrive at the deli counter. They take and complete orders in a time-efficient manner making sure that food is prepared in accordance to the customer’s preferences.
Since this an exceptionally customer oriented job, excellent customer service skills along with a friendly, outgoing personality is very important. Deli associates also have to be quick in moving from the serving counter to the customers’ table in an efficient manner to keep customers happy. Also, a deli associate is responsible for keeping the work area neat and presentable and ensuring the availability of deli supplies and equipment. In addition to that, they prepare bills for food using cash registers or calculators and accept payment or make changes.
Deli Associate Responsibilities:
Greet customers when they arrive at the deli counter.
Take orders and repeat them to make sure that they are accurate.
Take payment in form of cash or credit for the sold deli products.
Make sandwiches and salads from deli items in accordance to the customers’ instructions.
Perform ordering, purchasing and stocking of deli products.
Keep the equipment clean and sanitized.
Manage product maintenance and rotation to avoid damage or spoilage.
Remove expired and damaged products from storage areas and shelves according to the company’s policy.
Keep the entire work area neat and clean at all times.
Ensure sufficient supply of deli items is displayed in cases.
Pack ready to sell deli products and label them with type and pricing information.
Label products with appropriate dates and prices.
Slice, cut, weigh and price deli items carefully.
Provide customers with information about the contents and cuts of various deli items.
Refill condiments and make sure that all condiments are present at each table.
Cut meat and vegetables for salads and sandwiches.
Prepare deli products such as soups and sandwiches according to provided instructions.
Order deli items low in stock and store them properly.
Prepare food using various equipment such as a salamander and panini press.
Beer Servers are responsible for the day-to-day operation of our tasting room, including serving beer, selling merchandise, maintaining the physical space, and constructively interacting with customers, co-workers and managers. Beer servers are the face of the company. It is their job to represent Central Coast Brewing, and our beer in the most positive and informative way possible, while providing an outstanding service experience for every person who walks in our door. Beer Servers must be efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic, with the ability to answer a wide range of questions on brewing, our beer and the company. Candidates must share Central Coast Brewing’s commitments to quality, safety, business ethics and continuous innovation.
Beer Server Responsibilities:
Adhere to all ABC rules & regulations.
Great every Customer as they walk in the door.
Always have a positive attitude.
Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Serve Central Coast Beers with minimal waste.
Fill and sell growler/crowler orders.
Be knowledgeable about CCB beer, and the brewing process to share with customers. (Also, be able to discuss the elements of craft beer to patrons)
Be willing to be trained on the art and science of craft brewing.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system.
Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change, if applicable.
Clean bar area and glassware. Wash and sterilize glassware.
Clear, clean and reset tables.
Run food when needed.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
Restock and replenishment of inventory and supplies. (advise manager when stock is low)
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to manager.
Be familiar with CCB promotions, sales and assist with special events.
Complete all opening and closing tasks.
Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
Beer Server Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be 21yrs or Older
Have Knowledge of craft beer. Including styles, draft knowledge, glassware & pouring
Completion of the Level One Cicerone Certification
Completion of LEAD training Certificate
Problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food in a high-paced restaurant, brewery. Line cook duties will consist of prep, ticket execution and assisting the sous chef with their daily tasks. This successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals
Line Cook Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Answer, report and follow instructions in place by management
Maintaining Clean stations
Complete all opening and closing procedures
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with all nutrition and sanitation regulations, and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer requirements
Line Cook Requirements:
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook (2+ years)
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Valid Ca Food Handler Certificate
